Is there a rig guide or can someone answer my questions please? Do rigs have stacking penalties? Can you put multiple of the same rig on your ship? Thanks!

with blasters its pretty good... its no Deimos :( though. Railguns on the otherhand are terrible compared to any other gun. The range doesn't make up for it at all.

You don't need a scrambler on a Wolf. Projectile guns will rip through most anything if you keep it in range before they can warp. A MWD and a web would work just fine.
